Discreet longevity care for teams who can’t afford surprises.

Each person gets a physician-led longevity assessment, a results visit with Dr. Helton, and a written plan built from their own numbers. Their results stay theirs.

Why Organizations Invest

Clarity and continuity for those carrying the most weight.

When a key person burns out, quietly declines, or faces a preventable medical crisis, the whole organization feels it. Aeternitas works with companies, small businesses, and family enterprises that want their key people healthy and thinking clearly for decades, without turning health into a public exercise.

The Aeternitas Standard

The same framework, one person at a time.

There is no separate executive product. Each person books their own longevity assessment, and we help you coordinate the group. Here is what everyone receives.

01

Intake and records

Each participant completes a private intake and shares their medical records. Clinical decisions start from their own history and goals.

02

Longevity assessment

Three depths. Core is a physician-and-labs visit of about an hour. Comprehensive is a coordinated half day with the full team. Advanced adds genetics, glucose, sleep data, and coronary imaging.

03

Physician review

Dr. Helton reviews every result before the patient sees it. If a result is critical, our team escalates it to him the same business day and calls with a specific next step.

04

Results visit and written plan

Each participant sits down with Dr. Helton to go through the findings, then leaves with a written plan in priority order.

05

Ongoing care, if they want it

Membership is a separate choice made after the assessment. Every membership begins with its matching assessment, and what a participant paid for the assessment counts toward membership when they enroll within 90 days.

Privacy

Individual privacy, at every step.

Each participant’s results belong to them. Nothing about an individual’s health is shared with the organization. Our team can answer questions about services, scheduling, and coordination.

Who This Is For

  • Leadership teams with high decision load and travel

  • Family enterprises planning for generational continuity

  • Firms whose culture prizes thoughtfulness, stability, and longevity over grind

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a separate executive program?

No. Everyone books the same longevity assessments.

What we add for a company is coordination: one contact for scheduling a group. The medical work is the same for everyone.

What does the company see?

Nothing about anyone’s health.

Results and plans stay between the patient and Dr. Helton. We can answer questions about scheduling and services.

How much time does it take?

Each person picks the depth that fits them.

Core is about an hour in clinic, then a 30 to 45 minute results visit. Comprehensive is about half a day, then a 90-minute results visit. Advanced adds four to six weeks of at-home testing before the results visit. Everything happens at our clinic in Charlotte, North Carolina.

How does payment work?

Each assessment is paid in full at booking, and the price is the same for everyone.

There is no group discount. If your company wants to pay for its people, contact us and we will work out the details.

Is this one-time or ongoing?

The assessment is complete on its own.

Membership is a separate choice made afterward, and it is always the individual’s decision. What they paid for the assessment counts toward membership if they enroll within 90 days.
