Three ways to work with Aeternitas
Find out where your health stands. Work on one goal for twelve weeks. Or begin a year of primary care with a physician who has read your whole record. Each path starts with measurement, and Dr. Helton reviews every report before you see it.

One clinical standard
Every path runs through a physician. Whichever door you choose, the same three things are true.
- A physician reads every report
- Dr. Helton provides you info you can trust.
- A written next step, every time
- You never leave with a printout and a shrug. You leave knowing what to do next.
- The right fit, or your money back
- If our clinical team finds a service is not right for you, you can move what you paid to a better fit or take a full refund.

Frequently asked questions
I already have a doctor. Why would I need this?
You can keep your doctor. A test, assessment, or 12-week program does not replace anyone. You leave with your numbers, a physician-reviewed report, and a written next step, and the report is yours to share. Membership is different. There, Dr. Helton becomes your primary care physician, and you do not need to keep another one.
Is this a wellness clinic or functional medicine?
No. Aeternitas is a physician-led, longevity-focused medical practice. It is not alternative medicine. Every test we run has a reason, and every reason is backed by science. We do not order a long list of labs hoping something turns up, and we do not chase a single “root cause” when medicine cannot name one. We use the best evidence available, and we follow it further than a standard checkup does. When the guidelines run out and you are the person in the room, a physician uses judgment. That is the difference. Dr. Helton reviews every report before you see it. We name what we measure, and we do not promise outcomes.
Do I have to join a membership to book something?
No. You can buy any test, assessment, or program on its own. None of them requires a membership. If you complete an assessment and decide to become a member later, you can roll the cost of your assessment into the membership.
Can I talk to someone before I choose?
Of course. Call or email us. We answer within one business day. If your question is medical, you can ask for a short talk with Dr. Helton. Neither is required. You can also book online without talking to anyone.
We name what we measure, and we do not promise outcomes. Every service begins with an intake and safety screen.
Our team is available Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. We answer within one business day, and clinically urgent messages the same business day. Aeternitas does not provide after-hours, on-call, or emergency coverage. Members receive written urgent and emergency instructions at enrollment.
