Program Description

The Aeternitas Health Text Messaging Program is operated by Aeternitas Health, PLLC. The program may provide two separate categories of messages:

• Non-marketing messages about appointment confirmations, reminders, and scheduling updates.

• Marketing messages about special offers, discounts, and service updates.

You will receive only the message categories for which you provided consent.

Consent

Text-message consent is optional. Consent is not a condition of scheduling an appointment, purchasing services, receiving medical care, or otherwise doing business with Aeternitas Health.

Message Frequency and Charges

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply to messages sent to you and messages you send to us. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your text or data plan.

Opting Out

You may cancel text messages at any time by replying STOP to the telephone number that sent the message. We will send one confirmation that your opt-out request was processed. After that confirmation, you will no longer receive text messages unless you enroll again.

If you later wish to receive messages again, complete the applicable consent process through our website, Calendly booking form, or another authorized Aeternitas Health form.
